Job summary

Hypertec is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Montreal, Quebec. The role focuses on full lifecycle recruiting, building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, and delivering a high-quality hiring process.

You will collaborate with HR and business partners to ensure a successful recruitment and onboarding experience, while tracking core metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Relations or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Must be able to collaborate, influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects involved in full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing strategy, phone interview process, presentation and selection, offer negotiation, closing, and administrative components.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal business partners to create partnerships that yield successful results and build credibility.
• Work with HR team to execute a successful recruitment and onboarding process.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics.
