Job summary

Hypertec Group in Montreal, Quebec, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You’ll manage full lifecycle recruiting, build partnerships across the business, and help deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

A bachelor degree and at least three years of recruiting experience are expected. We offer a hybrid work model (3 days in office), comprehensive benefits, HSA, RRSP matching, paid floater days, and a relocation-friendly office move to LaSalle near the Lachine

What You’ll Be Contributing:

• Manage all aspects involved in full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing strategy, phone interview process, presentation and selection, offer negotiation, closing, and administrative components;
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal business partners to create partnerships that yield successful results and build credibility;
• Work in conjunction with the HR team members to execute a successful recruitment and selection process ensuring high quality of hire and successful onboarding experience;
• Track and report key recruitment metrics.

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Human Relations or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required;
