Job summary

Hypertec Group in Montreal, QC, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will manage full lifecycle recruiting—from sourcing and interviewing to offers and onboarding—partnering with internal stakeholders to secure top-tier hires.

You will build strong relationships across levels, adapt to fast-changing priorities, and report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, HR relations or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate, influence and build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Contributing:

• Manage all aspects involved in full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing strategy, phone interview process, presentation and selection, offer negotiation, closing, and administrative components;
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal business partners to create partnerships that yield successful results and build credibility;
• Work in conjunction with the HR team members to execute a successful recruitment and selection process ensuring high quality of hire and successful onboarding experience;
• Track and report key recruitment metrics.

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Human Relations or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required;
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment;
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure;
• Must be able to collaborate, influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
