Job summary

Hypertec Group in Montreal, QC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will manage all aspects of full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing through offer, while partnering with internal business leaders to ensure high-quality hires and smooth onboarding.

You will collaborate with HR teammates to optimize recruitment processes, track key metrics, and drive onboarding excellence. This role offers a hybrid work setup and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.

What You’ll Be Contributing:

• Manage all aspects involved in full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing strategy, phone interview process, presentation and selection, offer negotiation, closing, and administrative components;
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal business partners to create partnerships that yield successful results and build credibility;
• Work in conjunction with the HR team members to execute a successful recruitment and selection process ensuring high quality of hire and successful onboarding experience;
• Track and report key recruitment metrics.

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Human Relations or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required;
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment;
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure;
• Must be able to collaborate, influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
