Job summary

Insight Canada is seeking an experienced eLearning Content Creator to join our Adoption & Change Management team in Calgary. You will build polished digital learning assets for a large-scale SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams migration using approved objectives, scripts, storyboards, content, and guidance from the project team.

You will produce interactive modules, screen recordings, videos, graphics, knowledge checks, and SCORM packages while collaborating with the SharePoint & Teams Trainer

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building interactive eLearning modules for enterprise audiences.
• Proficiency with Camtasia and at least one authoring tool (Rise, Captivate or Storyline).
• Ability to turn approved scripts/storyboards into polished digital learning experiences.
• Experience with screen recordings, video, audio, captions, and interactive elements.
• Understanding of accessibility, visual consistency, and QA for eLearning.

Responsibilities

• Build interactive eLearning modules for SharePoint Online and Teams using approved assets and objectives.
• Create and edit software demonstrations, videos, graphics, captions, and voice‑over tracks.
• Develop assets with Camtasia, Rise, Captivate, or Storyline and ensure SCORM packaging.
• Ensure assets reflect client environment, branding, and approved terminology.
• Package, test, and troubleshoot SCORM modules for LMS deployment.
• Collaborate with SMEs and reviewers, manage version control and schedules.
