Qualifications

Experience delivering client-facing technical training, user enablement, or Microsoft 365 learning programs.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams (sites, libraries, permissions, navigation).
Ability to facilitate both virtual and in-person sessions for diverse audiences.
Translate technical concepts into practical, day-to-day guidance.
Excellent organization, preparation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging virtual and in-person SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams training for end users and owners.
Lead train-the-trainer sessions to prepare client trainers for future waves.
Tailor delivery to audience roles, migration timing, and future-state processes.
Prepare training sessions with validated environments, materials, and scenarios.
Collaborate with change management, communications, and instructional design teams.
Manage delivery of training deliverables, risks, and client communications.
