Job summary

NTBC (The Nature Trust of British Columbia) is seeking a Fundraising Specialist to lead annual giving from Vancouver, delivering donor-centered campaigns and measurable engagement across channels. The role reports to the Director of Development & Communications and requires strong writing, relationship-building, and data management skills to grow a sustainable fundraising pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of fundraising or related field experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of Adobe Creative is an asset.
• Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT CRM is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of multi-channel fundraising campaigns with goals and timelines.
• Develop initiatives to grow acquisition, retention and giving levels across donor segments.
• Oversee stewardship activities ensuring timely, meaningful donor engagement.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and donor experience.
• Collaborate with Communications to create donor-centered fundraising materials.
• Maintain donor records within Raiser’s Edge NXT.
