Career Trek in Winnipeg is seeking an energetic Fund Development Manager to lead donor engagement, campaigns, grants, and partnerships. This leadership role partners with the CEO and Leadership Team to ensure financial sustainability and community impact through storytelling and board collaboration.

You will design fundraising strategies, oversee events, manage donor records in CRM, and report progress to the board.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the non-profit sector with fund development experience.
• Experience managing campaigns, events, donor relations, and large fundraising budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising platforms (e.g., CanadaHelps).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of fundraising strategies to meet targets.
• Identify donors, foundations, and partners; steward relationships and oversee engagement.
• Oversee campaigns, events, and grant development with CEO and Leadership Team.
• Maintain donor records in CRM; prepare quarterly fundraising reports.
