Job summary

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Fund Development, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Non-Profit Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in fund development, donor relations, marketing, or events, preferably in non-profit.
  • Experience coordinating fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship, sponsorship development, and community events.
  • Experience writing grants and managing funding reports; experience with donor management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Society's annual fund development strategy in alignment with goals and targets.
  • Cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with donors, sponsors, foundations, clubs, businesses and community partners.
  • Identify new funding opportunities including major gifts, grants and sponsorships.
  • Coordinate annual giving initiatives (direct mail, online fundraising, monthly gifts, memorial gifts).
  • Develop donor stewardship initiatives and maintain donor records in the CRM; monitor fundraising performance and reporting.
  • Prepare annual fundraising goals, calendars, and project timelines; evaluate campaigns with KPIs.
