Job summary

BDO Canada is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Presales Solution Architect to lead the solution strategy, architecture, and positioning during the sales lifecycle. You will collaborate with clients, SMEs, Microsoft, and delivery teams to define future-state solutions and build compelling proposals that transition into delivery.

This new role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement across Canada.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience with ERP implementations, enterprise applications, or business transformation programs.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Dynamics AX.
Strong understanding of multiple D365 F&SCM functional areas, with deep expertise in at least one or two major domains.
Experience designing end-to-end D365 solutions involving multiple modules and integrations.
Previous experience in presales, solution architecture or solution design.
Demonstrated ability to lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into solution architecture.
Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Presales & Solution Strategy Lead D365 F&SCM solutioning activities throughout the opportunity lifecycle, from qualification and discovery through proposal, presentation, and contracting.
Design end-to-end business processes within D365 F&SCM and define integration approaches.
Develop demonstrations and client presentations tailored to client scenarios and present to executive and technical audiences.
Ensure a structured handoff from presales into implementation and document scope, estimates, risks, and commitments.
