Job summary

BDO Canada, via BDO Digital, seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior SCM Consultant to join our growing Practice with a flexible hybrid arrangement. You will own key responsibilities across ERP implementations, act as trusted advisor to clients and project teams, and help optimize supply chain processes.

You bring 3+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O/AX with strong SCM expertise and full-cycle deployment experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations / AX consulting experience.
Strong expertise in the Supply Chain Management area and related modules.
Full cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations with a comprehensive understanding of ERP applications.
Knowledge of other ERP areas (Finance, asset management, PM&A) is preferred.
Dynamics 365 Enterprise/AX certifications will be considered in our selection process.
Self-motivated, articulate, and able to inspire audiences.
Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client ERP implementations
Perform a lead SCM consultant role on larger projects while mentoring other consultants
Analyze customer business needs and provide in-depth application expertise in targeted business areas
Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations suite
Provide training to client staff to perform day-to-day activities in support of ERP implementations
