Job summary

BDO Canada is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant to join our growing Dynamics 365 F&O Practice with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. You will lead client ERP implementations, mentor other consultants, and apply in-depth finance process expertise to deliver value.

You will analyze business needs, streamline processes for better ROI, train client staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ERP deployments across Finance modules in Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, with strong finance expertise.
• Full cycle ERP implementation experience and knowledge of related modules.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to clients and project teams on ERP implementations.
• Lead consultant on larger projects, mentoring others.
• Analyze customer business needs and provide in-depth finance application expertise.
• Streamline financial processes to improve ROI within Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
• Provide training to client staff for day-to-day ERP use.
