Job summary

BDO Canada is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Developer to join our growing Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations practice. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and can be located anywhere in Canada. This position is for an existing vacancy.

You will design and develop Dynamics systems to meet business needs, leveraging Azure, Power Apps, and the broader .NET stack to deliver client solutions with a user-centered approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations development experience.
• Excellent in development using in X++.
• Establish and apply development best practices, and design principles.
• Knowledgeable on two (or more) of the technologies: Azure, Power Apps, SSRS, SQL, C# / .Net.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, TFVC, VSTS, JSON, Odata, SOAP, REST, Azure Logic apps is an asset.
• Lifecycle Services (LCS) experience is a plus.
• Preferred knowledge of Azure Data Lake and DIXF (data integration framework).
• Experience with data conversion or integration an asset.
• Proficient communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics systems to meet business needs.
• Accountable for development for the purposes of software enhancements, extensions, defect corrections and integration of features in Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions across technologies.
• Understand the D365 F&O technology stack and related Azure services and tools.
• Take a user-centered approach and rapidly iterate.
