Job summary

Mino Care is seeking a Care Partnerships Manager to lead development, coordination, and maintenance of institutional partnerships in perinatal, reproductive, and social services. This role requires expertise in health system navigation, inter-organizational collaboration, and equity-centered care.

You will expand referral agreements, align with provincial and federal health structures, and support integration of Mino Care staff within partner sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in partnership management or health system coordination.
• Strong knowledge of provincial and federal health systems.
• Experience with hospitals, midwifery, community health centres, or social services.
• Commitment to culturally safe, equity-centered practice.
• Excellent communication and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish, formalize, and sustain referral partnerships with hospitals and clinics.
• Lead design and negotiation of MOUs and system workflows.
• Represent Mino Care in cross-organizational meetings and planning sessions.
• Oversee onboarding of staff within partner sites.
• Monitor partnership performance and reporting.
