Job summary

Canadian Mental Health Association Muskoka–Parry Sound seeks a Nurse Practitioner Manager to lead CareBridge, delivering comprehensive primary care and directing clinic operations in the Parry Sound area.

The role combines clinical NP practice with program leadership, working with a diverse health network, prioritizing equitable, trauma-informed, patient-centred care in a rural setting.

Qualifications

• Current certificate of registration in good standing with the CNO Extended Class.
• BScN and Primary Health Care NP certification or equivalent.
• Three to five years NP experience; primary care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and leadership for CareBridge.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and team workflows.
• Coordinate care transitions and attachment pathways.
• Lead quality improvement and program performance initiatives.
• Build collaborative relationships across local health system.
