Gallagher Benefit Services seeks a National Bilingual Sales Enablement Coordinator to develop market-specific proposals and manage content libraries. You will prepare dynamic, customer-centric proposals in French and English, collaborating with Growth Leader and Sales Enablement to ensure timely, compliant responses for a bilingual market.

You will coordinate with multiple teams, craft compelling presentations, and support process improvements using AI tools.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of marketing & communications experience; proposal experience a plus.
• Bilingualism in French and English is required.
• General knowledge of proposal & presentation processes.
• Experience supporting group benefits programs is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Copilot, with AI-driven tools to enhance productivity.

Responsabilités

• Manage RFP responses as projects, including timelines for delivery.
• Contribute proposal language reflecting strategic themes and compliance.
• Meet with sales staff to review RFPs and determine requirements for compliant proposals.
• Identify and contact subject matter experts for accurate content.
• Coordinate illustrations, tables, and graphics with Creative Designer.
• Improve proposal processes with continual refinement including writing.
• Use proposal database and past bids to provide compliant responses.
• Update proposal information for RFP database and analytics.
