W. W. Grainger, a leading MRO distributor, seeks a Field Operations Associate (Bilingual) in Val-d’Or, QC. This hybrid role blends branch duties with on-site customer service to strengthen sales, service quality, and inventory management.

The candidate will serve customers in-branch and on customer sites, excel in communication, and support KeepStock and VMI programs with strong organizational skills. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1-3 years retail/customer service experience.
• Flexibility to work branch hours and travel.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (forklift).

Responsibilities

• Own the branch customer experience and assist on-site and at customer locations.
• Drive sales opportunities while maintaining service quality and loyalty.
• Maintain knowledge of Grainger products and services; process transactions.
• Support KeepStock/VMI programs and inventory replenishment.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to meet needs.
