Job summary

Grainger Canada is seeking a Field Operations Associate for a unique hybrid KeepStock/Branch role, serving key customers in-branch and on customer sites. You will prioritize customer needs, manage inventory, and help grow revenue with proactive service and solutions.

The role requires bilingual English and French, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to travel within the province. You will work in Grainger Canada branch locations and onsite at customer sites, delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1-3 years’ experience in retail/selling or customer service (i.e. counter/retail sales/ telephone/warehouse) environment.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is required for this role.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in province of residence.
• May be required to use a personal vehicle for transportation which meet’s Grainger’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire customer experience in the branch and on-site customer accounts.
• Capitalize on sales opportunities and drive revenue targets.
• Promote Grainger products and services to customers and provide substitutions where required.
• Maintain knowledge of products and tools and complete required certifications.
• Handle customer transactions and provide updates on delivery and quotes.
