Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in customer service/selling (Retail / telephone / warehouse) environment.
• Self-motivated with high energy and dedication to customer service and sales growth.
• Must be comfortable on daily use of technology.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service/Inventory Management.
• Services multiple customer locations on a designated route with stocking and inventory checks.
• Resolve customer problems promptly and accurately to retain loyalty.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements for Grainger and the site.
• Meet defined KPI’s for the position.
• Perform non-route activities including machine maintenance and data collection at customer sites.
• Assist customers with staging, labeling, and organizing product at a customer site.
• Complete product relocation and discontinuation processes.
• Support branch responsibilities as assigned.
• Engage with customers to identify additional product needs and opportunities.
