Job summary

W. W. Grainger is hiring warehouse associates for full-time, onsite roles in Canada. The team will work across multiple shifts and report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager. You will handle loading/unloading, picking, packing, and use handheld scanners to fulfill orders while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 3+ years of active work, and bilingual English/French communication. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of fast-paced, physically active work experience.
• Bilingual English/French is required for regular bilingual interactions.
• Experience with industrial equipment (order picker, forklift, pallet jack) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete warehouse tasks: unloading/loading trucks, sorting, putaway, picking and packing.
• Operate scanning equipment to fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Resolve order fulfillment discrepancies and errors effectively.
• Maintain safe, clean work area following OSHA guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
