Job summary

Fleetworthy is seeking an Associate Product Manager for Unified Experiences to help deliver simple, connected experiences for Owner Operators, fleet managers, partners, and internal product teams. You will focus on day-to-day product management and execution of Partner Experience and OO onboarding, collaborating with the Senior PM for Partner Experience/OO.

You will also support the Cloud Platform team, translate business needs into priorities, create and maintain JIRA tickets, and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, information systems, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ year of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or a related product role in an agile software environment; or 2+ years of project/program management experience supporting software, technology, or data initiatives.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of software products, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, or other technical systems, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Data, Design, and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with data, reporting, or analytics, including familiarity with SQL, database reporting, or modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision. Be a strong collaborative leader of the vision, strategy, and innovation for your products & services and contribute to the broader portfolio vision.
• Lead the product journey. Communicate a vision, strategy, roadmap, and releases aligned to business outcomes; manage lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• Be curious. Understand market, customers, and users; collect metrics and feedback to steer product approach and CSAT.
• Enable others. Educate stakeholders, support marketing and sales initiatives, and work with engineering in an agile setting to prioritize activities.
• Collaborate with UX on mock-ups and demos; partner with technical leads on product documentation to drive success.
