Purolator is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead critical technology initiatives from planning through production support. The role requires strong project delivery, product management, people leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives independently and manage budgets and risks.

The position is hybrid with three days in office, with occasional travel to terminals, hubs and vendor sites.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in technology project management, product management or product ownership within an enterprise environment.
• Experience leading external contract resources and delivery partners.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with frontline employees, technical teams, vendors and senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Plan and lead technology projects, product enhancements and releases using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, product roadmaps and delivery priorities.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, actions, dependencies and overall delivery readiness.
• Partner with Operations, Retail, Shipment Resolution and agent management teams to understand frontline needs, develop business cases, and translate requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead mobile application projects and deployments, coordinating development, testing, business readiness, field rollout, release management and post-production support.
