Rezdy is seeking an Associate Product Manager to be the dependable NA presence, covering hours when the Sydney/Melbourne team is offline. The role emphasizes operational rigor, real-time problem solving, and translating between technical and commercial audiences, working alongside a senior PM rather than owning a full roadmap initially.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management, product operations, or a closely related operational/customer-facing role.
• Experience with incident or issue management processes, and communicating through them clearly under time pressure.
• Comfort translating between legacy/technical constraints and current product priorities for engineering and commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across time zones; be the NA link between North America stakeholders and Sydney/Melbourne PM and dev team.
• Serve as NA distribution conduit for Commercial leads and distribution partners and resellers.
• Triage NA incidents within a defined severity framework and escalate when needed; provide live updates.
• Surface NA churn risk intake and frame it for sprint planning by senior PM and dev lead.
• Answer status questions on Booking Manager and Distribution, aligned with the senior PM roadmap.
• Support release communications in NA hours; assist with post-release follow-up, not planning.
