Job summary

Teleperformance in Toronto is seeking a proactive Accounts Receivable & Reporting SME to bridge customers with internal operations. You will handle escalations, maintain master data integrity, and train peers and clients to improve efficiency and accuracy.

The role requires 2–3+ years in AR, credit & collections or OTC, with hands-on experience in SAP Ariba, SAP or Oracle. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is preferred, with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred.
• 2–3+ years of accounts receivable, credit & collections, or OTC experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and electronic invoicing (SAP Ariba).
• Familiarity with cash application tools, lockbox systems, and electronic payments (ACH, wires).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation point for internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex billing issues.
• Audit operations to ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
• Manage end-to-end invoicing processes and cash application for timely cash flow.
• Oversee collections and dispute resolution to minimize aging balances.
• Monitor DSO and aging trends to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
