Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate for a 6-month contract in Guelph, Ontario. This hybrid role requires strong AR experience and customer relationship skills to support Order to Cash processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounts receivable, understands accounting principles, and can work independently within a team. Navision and Excel proficiency are a plus, with a competitive salary on offer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience with a focus on customer support and relationship management
• Minimum high school diploma required
• Knowledge of accounting standards and practices
• Accounts Payable experience
• Basic accounting knowledge (e.g. revenue recognition, bad debt)
• Self-starter with the ability to perform duties independently; must be able to work in a team environment

• Partners with the Financial Operations Team to deliver world class Order to Cash processes
