Herschel Supply in Vancouver, BC, is hiring an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to manage customer accounts and support our growing global customer base. You’ll use your organizational and interpersonal skills to keep payments on track and build strong relationships with customers and sales representatives.

The role requires post-secondary education and at least one year in AR or credit, strong Excel, and MS Office. Knowledge of Dynamics GP or Blue Cherry is a plus.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education; accounting/finance background is a plus.
• 1 year in AR, credit, or account management.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support AR manager with credit assessment and due diligence.
• Set up new customers in ERP with accurate terms.
• Build relationships with accounts and coordinate with Sales and Operations.
• Handle day-to-day collections by phone and email.
• Reconcile payments in customer portals and manage aging.
• Process cheques, EFTs and credit card payments; maintain AR records.
