Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer service or related roles, 1+ year in B2B, and strong Excel, Salesforce, and SAP experience. Hybrid work is available, and eligibility to work in Canada is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, retail, or customer-facing experience.
• 1+ years supporting B2B sales or business customers.
• Strong communication and collaboration with sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented problem solving with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Operations Supervisor in executing strategic commercial service objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for inbound sales leads and connect prospects with channel partners.
• Oversee day-to-day order management, including fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Maintain program tracking tools and Salesforce/SAP activities.
• Maintain reports, sales tools, and content across platforms for stakeholders.
• Monitor demand and inventory movements to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop process documentation and training materials to improve efficiency.
