Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 0-1 year of accounting or accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track accounts receivable balances across client and financing company accounts.
• Process and apply payments received via EFT, credit card, cheque, online bill payments, and other methods.
• Assist Operations Team with accounts receivable tasks including payment posting, NOA applications, and write-offs.
