Job summary

goeasy is hiring an Application Support Analyst in Mississauga to provide Level 1/2 support for our business and enterprise applications. You will triage incidents, gather diagnostics, and resolve issues with clear communication and thorough documentation.

You’ll collaborate with Level 3, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security and Product teams, supporting platforms like Salesforce and CRM, while leveraging SQL, APIs, and PowerShell to drive automation and data validation.

Qualifications

• Experience in application support or IT service management
• Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Salesforce or CRM is an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Exposure to SQL, APIs, reporting and data validation tools is an asset

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for business and enterprise applications
• Triage incidents, gather diagnostics, and resolve issues with timely actions
• Maintain clear customer communication and document solutions
• Coordinate escalations with Level 3 support, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product teams
• Contribute to knowledge articles, runbooks, and support procedures
