Job summary

CIMCO Refrigeration Inc. is seeking a Refrigeration Mechanic in Val Caron, Ontario. The ideal candidate will carry out preventative maintenance, work independently, and contribute to health and safety programs.

Required qualifications include a 313A Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License and commercial refrigeration experience. CIMCO offers excellent compensation, medical benefits, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Commercial refrigeration experience is required.
• Previous experience with ammonia refrigerant would be an asset.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be able to work on a team or independently from a mobile location.
• Carry out preventative maintenance within our customer base.
• Identify and communicate potential upgrades and required maintenance to customers and account managers.
• Be available to fit into our on call rotation throughout the year.
• Participate and follow all health and safety programs.

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• 313A Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License is required.
• Commercial refrigeration experience is required.
• G1 or G2 license is required.
• Controls experience is an asset.
• Previous experience with ammonia refrigerant would be an asset
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
