Job summary

CIMCO seeks a Refrigeration Mechanic to service industrial refrigeration systems. The role involves performing preventative maintenance for our customer base, collaborating with teams or operating independently from mobile locations, and communicating upgrade needs to customers and account managers.

Ideal candidates will hold a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License with commercial refrigeration experience, plus assets in gas fitting, controls, and ammonia/CO2 refrigerants.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License required.
• Commercial refrigeration experience is required.
• Gas Fitter license is an asset.
• Controls experience is an asset.
• Previous experience with ammonia or CO2 refrigerant would be an asset.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be able to work on a team or independently from a mobile location.
• Carry out preventative maintenance within our customer base.
