Qualifications

  • You possess experience working with a range of systems such as VRF/VRV, ASHP, WSHP, and hospitality refrigeration.

Core Responsibilities

Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining HVAC systems and ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing and maintaining HVAC systems, including VRF/VRV systems, ASHP/WSHP, packaged and split A/C, heat pump systems, RTUs, and more.
  • Providing clear and timely feedback to dispatch and customers, resolving any system issues effectively.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Assembling and installing components such as motors, controls, valves, and compressors using hand and power tools.
  • Testing installed heating units, adjusting controls for optimal performance, and performing scheduled maintenance.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and well‑inventoried company vehicle.
Qualifications
  • HVAC certification (Red Seal or equivalent) and a minimum of 3‑5 years of experience.
  • Proven experience servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience with refrigeration systems and control systems is a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Experience working in residential multi‑unit and commercial settings.
Additional certifications or training relevant to the role
  • First Aid

Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work in various environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, and confined areas.
