Qualifications

We are seeking a highly self-motivated individual with strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to join our Toronto Sales Team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide design and technical assistance to contractors, engineers, architects, and owners to promote and sell Engineered Air products.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training as scheduled by the Calgary Head Office.
  • Coordinate activities related to orders, including take-offs, pricing, bidding, and follow-up within the sales territory.
  • Manage order-related activities such as processing shop drawings, scheduling deliveries, and after-sales service.
  • Conduct inside and outside sales, promoting the full product line and terms of sale.
  • Stay current with product knowledge to respond to customer requests and generate enthusiasm.
  • Update project performance and execution data regularly.
What are we looking for?
  • 7+ years of professional experience in related industries such as HVAC, Engineering, Construction, Controls, Service, Sales, or Design, with a Mechanical or Electrical background.
  • Strategic, self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of networking, Microsoft Server and Desktop OS, visualization, scripting, and MS Office 365.
  • Effective communication skills and relationship-building abilities across all levels.
  • Strong work ethic, both independent and team-oriented.
  • Customer relationship management experience.
  • Strong technical HVAC knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Must own and operate a vehicle.
