Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Executive to manage full sales cycles, focusing on outbound prospecting and client acquisition. This role is ideal for a proactive cold caller with a proven track record of closing deals within the $2K–$10K ACV range. You will work closely with potential clients, leveraging your expertise to expand Floori’s footprint in the different regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Outreach & Networking: Proactively engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and social media to generate new leads and business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with prospective and existing customers weekly to build and strengthen relationships.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and proper handoffs post-sale.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Contribute to and follow outreach strategies that drive conversions, align with campaign goals, and support business growth.
  • Sales Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support company growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in full-cycle sales and experience in software as-a-service is a plus.
  • Excellent English verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, German and French is a strong plus.
  • Sales Expertise: A strong background in outbound sales, with proven success closing deals.
  • Skills: Excellent cold calling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
  • Flexible with working hours and able to adapt to different time zones
  • Location: Remote
