Qualifications

• Must-have: Proven experience selling commercial HVAC preventative maintenance contracts in the local market.
• Must-have: Demonstrated success generating new business, winning contracts, and developing customer relationships.
• Must-have: Ability to speak confidently about sales performance, including contracts secured and revenue generated.
• Must-have: Strong commercial HVAC equipment knowledge to assess condition and propose service programs.
• Must-have: At least three years of experience in HVAC, mechanical service, or facilities.
• Must-have: Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the Lower Mainland.

Responsabilités

• Sell commercial HVAC preventative maintenance contracts and multi-year service agreements.
• Generate new business through cold calling, site visits, networking, referrals, and following up on service and repair leads.
• Develop relationships with building owners, property managers, facility managers, strata managers, and general contractors.
• Partner with Service Managers, Coordinators, and Technicians to convert service calls into maintenance agreements.
• Identify equipment replacement, upgrade, and energy-efficiency opportunities within existing customers.
• Assess equipment condition and recommend appropriate service programs.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal and renewal.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accountability for activity and results.
