Job summary

Master is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to promote and sell HVAC-R equipment across the Greater Vancouver area, including commercial rooftops, refrigeration, hydronics, and residential systems. You will assess client needs, propose suitable solutions, and provide technical support to ensure optimal performance.

This role offers base salary 95,000–110,000 CAD per year with commissions and an array of benefits, plus a hybrid work policy and travel across Canada and the USA for training

Qualifications

• HVAC-R industry experience is required.
• Ability to read technical plans and specs.
• Willingness to travel domestically and for training.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with potential clients across sectors.
• Analyze client requirements and propose HVAC-R solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales team to grow core product lines.
• Travel to sites and training facilities as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and follow-ups.
