Southern Comfort Mechanical Inc. is a full-service mechanical contractor focused on geothermal energy and integrated systems in Winnipeg. We are seeking an HVAC/Refrigeration Technician/Journeyperson to contribute to long-term career growth with strong team collaboration.

Wages up to $48.00/hour and a robust benefits package support both personal development and family needs; candidates must have a red seal, valid license, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Possess a red seal in Refrigeration and AC Mechanic - Commercial.
• Gas A or B ticket is an asset, not required.
• Valid and current driver’s license required.
• Willing to work in team or independently with minimal direction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and eager to learn.
• Flexible with hours and on-call rotation.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Maintain jobsites, tools, and materials
• Prepare written material lists as required

• Gas A or B ticket is an asset, but not required
