Job summary

Carmichael Engineering is hiring an HVAC Journeyperson for the Charlottetown area. You will install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems and diagnose issues to keep equipment running efficiently.

Strong problem-solving and attention to detail are essential, along with excellent communication and customer service. A Journeyperson HVAC/Refrigeration certification and a valid driver's license are required, with BAS/Controls experience considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Must hold Journeyperson HVAC/Refrigeration certification.
• Gas/oil burners experience is an asset.
• BAS/Controls experience is an asset.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

Job Title: HVAC Journeyperson

Work Location: Charlottetown area

Salary Range: Local 325 Journeyperson Union rate

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.

• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Journeyperson certification in HVAC/Refrigeration.
