The Master Group in Edmonton, AB seeks an Outside Sales Representative to promote HVAC-R equipment across our full portfolio, including commercial rooftops, refrigeration, hydronics, and residential systems. You will build relationships with clients, assess needs, and provide technical support to ensure optimal system performance.

Responsibilities include presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, visiting sites, and participating in industry events.

Formación

• Previous experience in the HVAC industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret technical plans and specifications.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop relationships with potential clients across sectors.
• Analyze client requirements and propose suitable HVAC equipment/solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
• Attend industry trade shows and networking events to expand customer base.
• Visit sites to evaluate product applications and resolve issues.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals.
