Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions partners with a leading HVAC supplier in North America to hire a Project Coordinator / Sales Support professional in Kelowna, BC. This full-time role offers a friendly, professional environment for long-term career growth and development.

You'll work with Sales and Project Management to coordinate customer orders, prepare project documentation, and ensure projects run smoothly while expanding product knowledge through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or sales support.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, positive, and customer-first attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers and Sales Representatives to support projects from start to finish.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
• Process customer orders accurately and resolve order discrepancies quickly.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and proactively communicate updates and estimated arrival times to customers.
• Notify customers when orders are ready for pickup or delivery.
• Assist estimators with pricing and bid preparation.
• Prepare and submit technical documentation and product submittals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building strong, long-term client relationships.
• Represent the company at customer appreciation events, open houses, lunches, and industry networking opportunities.
• Continuously expand your product knowledge through manufacturer training and independent learning.
• Support additional projects and initiatives as needed.
