Job summary

ICE Western, a Calgary-based HVAC manufacturer, seeks an HVAC Project Coordinator reporting to the President. You will coordinate custom projects, gather and organize information, and serve as the communication link between customers and the Design team.

The ideal candidate has HVAC knowledge, can read drawings, and is comfortable using AutoCAD and technical documentation. Strong organization and clear communication are essential in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant HVAC/project coordination experience.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support the President with project coordination and priority tracking.
• Coordinate communication between customers, President, and Design team.
• Review drawings, drawings revisions, submittals and approvals; maintain project files.
