Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for HVAC clients. You’ll own strategy and execution across multiple platforms and locations, shaping the narrative on calls and guiding the client roadmap.

You’ll manage budgets, bids, and creative tests, implement GA4 tracking, and present 90-day plans with performance storylines. Remote role across Canada, South Africa or USA; strong English on live calls required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
