Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for HVAC clients with multi-location operations. You will own paid media strategy, budget calls, and the client roadmap, acting as the strategic voice during client conversations.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets, track conversions with GA4 and pixels, and present quarterly growth stories. Remote role across Canada, the USA or South Africa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
