Job summary

A leading HVAC solutions provider in Canada is seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative. This role involves welcoming clients, offering expert advice on HVAC systems, assessing customer needs, and making proposals. The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC/R, good knowledge of electricity, and 3 years of customer service experience. Bilingualism is a plus. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Good knowledge of electricity.
• Bilingual (English/French) – an asset.
• Distribution experience – an asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in branch or over the phone in a professional manner.
• Offer expert advice on components and HVAC control systems.
• Assess customer needs and develop proposals accordingly.
• Inform customers on new, existing, and complementary products.
• Perform technical research to offer the best solution.
• Responsible for opening and closing the branch.
• Issue purchase orders, invoices, and order confirmations.
• Ensure follow-ups on quotes.
• Send requests for opening new accounts.
• Extract reports and follow up on delayed orders.
• Work with the External Sales Representatives Team on special projects.
• Assist with order preparation and delivery when required.
• Stay up to date with new products and technologies.
