Job summary

GLP Canada Ltd. in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a dedicated HVAC Dispatcher for a full-time on-site role.

You will coordinate daily service calls, schedule HVAC technicians, and ensure efficient routing to meet customer needs and service deadlines, while prioritizing urgent calls and communicating clearly with technicians, sales staff and customers. Qualifications

• Experience dispatching or coordinating field service teams in HVAC, construction, or related industries.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and provide clear, professional updates.
• Proficiency with computer systems and dispatch or ERP software, including data entry, work order management, and basic reporting.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing demands.
• Knowledge of HVAC terminology, parts, and service processes, or a willingness to learn and build technical understanding.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Toronto Area and collaborate effectively with technicians and warehouse/sales staff.
