Job summary

• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing demands.
• Knowledge of HVAC terminology, parts, and service processes, or a willingness to learn and build technical understanding.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and record-keeping.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Toronto Area and collaborate effectively with technicians and warehouse/sales staff.
