Johnson Controls is launching a Building Early Career Sales Training (BEST) program in Canada for engineering graduates seeking a fast-track into technical sales. The six-month development program pairs you with a dedicated mentor and exposes you to a nationwide network of sales professionals.

You will gain hands-on experience, classroom training, and customer interactions to build technical expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills for a high-growth sales career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an anticipated graduation date December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
