TRALO Heating & Cooling seeks a results-driven Comfort Specialist to drive residential HVAC solutions. You will meet customers, assess needs, present tailored systems, and close deals from inbound leads and referrals.

This is a demanding, high-performance role with extended hours and uncapped earning potential. In-office/field-based, you will manage a rigorous schedule, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with operations to ensure successful installations.

Qualifications

• 1 year in sales experience preferred.
• Ability to generate and close HVAC sales for residential solutions.
• Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home or on-site HVAC sales presentations.
