Job summary

Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a driven Home Comfort Advisor (HCA) for in-home, outside sales. You will meet homeowners, advise on HVAC options, and guide customers through pricing, financing, and warranties while earning uncapped commissions.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity supported by strong brand recognition, high-intent demand, and comprehensive training. You’ll work from company-generated appointments and referrals to build a robust pipeline and achieve

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business-to-consumer sales experience (preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer systems and CRM tools.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and occasional weekends.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• Post-secondary education in business or marketing is an asset, but not required.
• Previous HVAC experience is not required - we provide full training.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with homeowners to understand comfort goals and budget with a consultative approach.
• Recommending HVAC solutions balancing performance, value, and energy efficiency.
• Explaining system options, pricing, financing, warranties, rebates and energy-saving benefits.
• Working primarily from company-generated appointments and referrals to grow pipeline.
• Managing your sales pipeline with discipline and timely follow-up.
• Following up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
• Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets with ethical selling practices.
• Collaborating with branch teams, service technicians, and operations for a seamless handoff.
• Maintaining documentation and CRM updates for forecasting and follow-up.
