Reliance Home Comfort is seeking an HVAC Technician to professionally service HVAC equipment and related accessories. You will ensure safe operation of installations and educate customers on maintenance, while building positive relationships and promoting related products.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of field experience, a Gas Technician II license, and a C of Q. ODP card and a valid Class G license are required, with willingness to work rotating shifts in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Gas Technician II license and C of Q (Ontario 313d).
• Must have ODP card and a valid Class G driver’s license.
• Minimum 3–5 years of field experience servicing water heaters & HVAC equipment preferred.
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and clear communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and standby duties; physically capable of lifting up to 15 kg.

• Professionally service HVAC equipment and accessories per manufacturer specs and local codes.
• Ensure safe operation of new installations and educate customers on proper care and maintenance.
• Build positive relationships with customers and promote other company products and services.
